Improved Stringing

We’re really excited to release our new String Editor. In this new version, we’ve added a few quality of life improvements to increase the speed and efficiency of your stringing.

Progress Meter

When adding panels to your string, you will notice a Progress Meter. The number of cells in the Progress Meter shows how many panels the string can accommodate.

New Stringing Tooltip

The same Progress Meter, displayed as a Tooltip next to your mouse cursor, will dynamically update as you add additional panels to your String.

String Limits

When Stringing lots of panels at once, it’s difficult to aim for the exact panel to stop on. To address this issue, we’ve added an auto-stop on all stringing interactions when you’re about to go over the inverter limit.

Mounting Kits

You can now add solar mounting kits to your solar designs with ease. Once a mounting kit is included, all associated documentation—such as Datasheets, Installation Guides, Engineering Certificates, and Warranty Documentation—is automatically appended to your related documents. This ensures that your designs are not only complete but also compliant with industry standards without any extra manual effort.

MMS Support for CRM

We are excited to announce that CRM users can now receive Multimedia Messaging Service (MMS) messages directly through our CRM.

This new feature allows for a more engaging and seamless communication experience, enabling customers to share content such as meter box and roof photos, videos, and audio.

[UK] Digital DNO Applications via Connect Direct

We are super excited to announce the launch of our integration with Connect Direct. Connect Direct now allows installers and retailers to submit DNO (Distribution Network Operator) applications digitally on behalf of customers.

This new feature streamlines the process and provides you with a more efficient way to submit and manage your DNO applications.

• Added Maximum Current to each MPPT when using the Stringing Tool
• Battery Search results now include their corresponding country codes
• You can now upload a Dark Mode variant of your company logo. This will be used on proposal template designs when the background colour is dark
• Heat Pump and Mounting Kits have been added to Job Sheets
• [AU] Added support for EV Charger and Heat Pump leads from SolarChoice
• Priced Components are now labeled and boosted in all component search results
• Transparent proposal watermarks will now fallback to white (instead of black)

Bug fixes

• Fixed a bug visual bug in the Design dropdown when there are no inverters in the Design
• Fixed a bug where String voltage was recalculated when dragging in a new string to the same MPPT
• Fixed a bug where text inputs were suggesting auto-completions
• Fixed a bug where zero quantity line items were being sent to Xero when creating an invoice
• Fixed a bug where updating DNSP pre-approval number in CRM was not affecting the Project
• Fixed a bug where specific design with Enphase could not be saved
