A project is an address where you'd like to design solar. A project can have more than one design, and each design has a unique proposal.
Is there a monthly minimum spend?
No, we do not believe in imposing a minimum monthly spend on our users.
How do Observer credits work?
Credits are purchased in packs from within the app. Larger credit packages come with bonus free credits. Spend your credits to create new projects or unlock premium features.
How many users can I have in my team?
You can add as many users as you like to your team.
Does revisiting a project incur extra cost?
No, you can revisit and edit existing projects without incurring any extra cost. Existing projects can be accessed via your library.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes, we offer our new users free credits to do 5 standard projects.
What is a Pro project?
Pro projects have more features and fewer limits. Standard projects can be upgraded to Pro at any time.
