Pylon Solar Design Software has launched in the United States of America, giving solar designers across the country access to a premium solar design tool at a price point that significantly reduces overheads for solar installers.
One of the major challenges that we see from solar installers is getting high-resolution imagery into their solar design apps. This often slows down the quotation process or increases overheads by requiring expensive subscriptions paid per month per user to software companies like Aurora Solar or mapping companies like Nearmap.
Pylon includes hi-resolution imagery in the app with 80% coverage of the USA (some very isolated rural areas may not be covered).
Resolution is between 5cm to 15cm per pixel, making precise measurements of shadows and roof surface area possible.
From the beginning, Pylon has been committed to growing the solar industry, and our pricing reflects this approach. We aim to reduce your overheads by charging $4 per project and No Monthly Fees
We take pride in our support, and customers have rated us 4.5 out of 5 stars across thousands of reviews.
You can start a chat with us at any time from within the app and we reply within minutes.
As software users, we find it annoying when you can’t sign up for a piece of software and get to know it by just using it. That’s why we are the only solar software provider that you can begin using within minutes of signing up.
If you would like a demo, we’d be delighted to talk to you, at no cost to you of course.
